Prosperitas Consulting is a team of experienced financial professionals that is run by Denis Zyrianov. Denis is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant since 2009.
Denis has a unique blend of skills and experience working with early stage entrepreneurial companies as well as with public sector organizations. He has consulted for and held senior financial management positions for both publicly held and privately owned companies representing a diversified group of industries. During his career, Denis supported business owners and management through challenges and regular operations at every stage of a company’s life cycle, including day-to-day accounting operations, integration of the CRP and ERP systems with customized payment solutions, and tax planning for company owners.  As a result, Denis’s team approach all assignments not from the perspective of the outsider, but as a key member of the company’s management team.
